Original 1st printing 13&1/8 x 18&5/8" concert/event poster for the 5/24-25/1969 Haight-Ashbury Festival, held in the Panhandle (Golden Gate Park) in San Francisco, CA and featuring music by Country Joe McDonald and the Afro-Cubans, a performance by the Pitschell Players and more. 

Art by (and SIGNED and dated 12/28/69 in black flair pen by) Wes Wilson, the image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 206 (plate 2.243). 

Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; an absolutely STUNNING ARTIST-SIGNED (from the period!) example of one of the more unusual/hard-to-find late-'60's Wes Wilson posters from the Art of Rock.
