Original 1st printing 25 x 36&1/2" promotional poster for the August 1973 Grand Opening of South Coast Center, a shopping center in Santa Ana, CA.

 Art by Peter Max, medium-thin glossy stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there is a 5-6" soft vertical bend running along the upper left margin/corner, along with a few tiny pinch creases/thin stress bends hiding within the image area and a relatively minor amount of edge/corner-tip creasing, otherwise it is a VERY nice-looking example of this uncommon early-'70's Peter Max poster from Southern California.
